Today has been a difficult ADHD day

Some days with ADHD are hard, others are almost impossible. Today has been beyond impossible.

I am frustrated, angry and emotional.

In time I’ll come back and write about these impossible days - it helps me to process - but for now this post is just to put a pin in these feelings by acknowledging them.

I will try to say kind things to myself.
